01Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the MrLucky platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the MrLucky platform.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and MrLucky. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published separately by us.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use the MrLucky platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• An individual acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any other party
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform
• Acting voluntarily and not under compulsion from any party
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not using this platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity

MrLucky reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Should it be established that a member does not meet these eligibility requirements, their account will be closed immediately and any remaining funds returned upon completion of the investigation.

03Account Registration

Each eligible individual is only permitted to register one account only on the MrLucky platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

Registration Details

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. The details required include:

• Full name as stated on your official Malaysian identification document
• An active and reachable Malaysian mobile phone number
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth
• A strong and unique password for your MrLucky account

MrLucky reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including copies of your ID, proof of address, and bank account details. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

04Deposits & Payments

Mrlucky accepts deposits through the following payment methods, tailored specifically for players in Malaysia:

Deposit Limit

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and your account verification level. Successful deposits will be credited to your MrLucky account within seconds of payment confirmation.

MrLucky does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

05Fund Withdrawal

MrLucky is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within 3 to 10 minutes to your Malaysian e-wallet or bank account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to our anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM50
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted
• Mrlucky reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits
• Withdrawal requests submitted while an active investigation is ongoing on an account may be delayed

06Bonuses & Promotions

Mrlucky offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to our members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

Wagering Requirement (Rollover)

Most bonuses at MrLucky are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount received, depending on the promotion type. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM50 with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for gameplay first
• Bets placed on different games may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement
• MrLucky reserves the right to cancel bonuses where there is evidence of abuse or promotional exploitation
• Every promotion has an expiry date — unused bonuses will automatically expire once the specified period has passed
• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only, for the lifetime of their membership

07Betting Rules

All bets placed on the MrLucky platform — whether on slots, Sports Betting for Malaysia Super League, EPL, IPL cricket, badminton, e-sports, poker, or table games — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation, except in specific technical circumstances.

Match Results & Bet Settlement

• Official results issued by the relevant sports body or league will be used to settle bets
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled or abandoned before 90% of play is completed will be voided and refunded
• In the event of any dispute, MrLucky's decision is final and binding
• The odds displayed are those at the time the bet is placed — not the odds at the time the result is announced

The minimum bet for most Sports Betting and cricket markets is RM5, while the minimum spin for slots is RM0.10. Maximum bet limits vary by game type and market.

08Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your MrLucky username and password confidential. MrLucky will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of account security
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device
• Contact MrLucky support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

09Acceptable User Conduct

All MrLucky members are expected to conduct themselves in a fair and honest manner that does not infringe upon the rights or experience of other players. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on the MrLucky platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or tools that provide an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
• Registering more than one account to exploit bonuses or promotions
• Abusing the cash out feature, betting markets, or game mechanics
• Providing false or misleading identification information
• Communicating in a manner that is disruptive, threatening, or offensive to other users

Mrlucky reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the accounts involved.

10Responsible Gaming

• Reporting or suspicion of money laundering activity
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests by the relevant authorities

12Liability Limit

The MrLucky platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, MrLucky cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free of disruptions, technical errors, or downtime.

• MrLucky is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by members
• MrLucky's liability to any member in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made
• MrLucky is not responsible for the quality of the internet connection used by members to access the platform

13Privacy & Data Protection Policy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy MrLucky, which forms part of this agreement in its entirety. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

In brief, MrLucky collects your personal data for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility as a member
• Processing deposits and withdrawals securely

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
